Deezel thinks she is 1/2 kitten (eats all the cat food she can and washes herself with her paws), and half puppy. This is how she came to be known as Puppen.
Hi There! My name is Deezel! Let me tell u a little bit about myself. I was born around February 2nd 1997. When I was about 8 weeks old two people who I would grow to love very very much came into the petshop where I was sitting with my brother waiting to see what happened next.
The Man of the couple said to the woman "Ask the guy to get the shepherd one out, I'll be back in a minute." Now I knew that I was the shepherd one, as I have the shepherd markings, whereas my brother was a typical black Kelpie. Our mother was 1/2 Kelpie 1/2 German Shepherd and our father was a pure bred shepherd. As soon as my soon to be mum asked the pet shop owner to open the cage so she could have a look at us, I knew I was going to be going home that day. Whilst my brother was sleeping I stood up yawned and went straight to the cage door as the man opened it.
He took me out and Mum decided there and then she had to have me. Well actually Mum had been following my soon to be Dad around the Brickworks Markets pointing out things and saying "for $10 less than that you could have a puppy." and such.
Daddy came back and saw me and his heart just melted and he bought me. That was almost a year ago now.. A year since I moved into the only home I have ever really known, with people that really love me lots and lots. And some even try to kidnap me, dont you Uncle Ross??
But I love it here with my Mummy and Daddy and the 2 kitties, Meggsy and Karma.
