Darcy and Lorna
Darcy the west highland terrier has been a Barking Buddy for some time now, and judging by the number of emails I have received, quite popular.He now has a new friend, Lorna the jack russell cross.
We got Lorna from the RSPCA and she has proved to be a best friend for Darcy. She is a canny little dog whose strangely arranged teeth add to her character.Her ears make her look a bit like a fruit bat and she howls like a coyote when she is happy in a strange gravelly voice.
She rules the household with an iron fist, even though she is the latest addition, and is not afraid to 'have a go' at the park either unfortunately.For Darcy, who was perhaps a little too much of a mummy's boy, she has become a partner in crime. They patrol the house, the park, the neighbourhood, as if they own it and keep us amused for hours.
We have discovered too many little dogs is never enough !
