Comments: Home: USA. Coal is a 2 1/2 year old Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd mix. I got him on May 12 1996 when he was an 8 week old puppy out of the newspaper. He has been an excellent canine companion since. Coal loves everybody! All he wants to do is sit or lie down next to somebody hoping for affection. He licks a lot of people to death too! We have had many adventures together such as going hiking and swimming. Coal and I do a lot of fun activities together. Coal enjoys going to the Greenbelt Dog Park, Petsmart, PetCo, and many music festivals and dog events especially dog events sponsored by the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria . Coal is also attending intermediate classes at Greenbelt Dog Training. Coal earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate on September 5, 1998. Coal is a Therapy dog in the Pets on Wheels program. Coal is a blood donor at the Eastern Veterinary Blood Bank. He has given blood 6 times. Overall, Coal is wonderful, loyal, sweet, gentle and loving dog. Coal's Website |
